Once a customer places an order, Reda’s project team will be tasked. It is our belief to achieve “on time delivery to our customers’ satisfaction”. A project manager is assigned to supervise every project, no matter its scale. He is the contact window to all parties including sub-contractors and internal departments. Through this all-round set-up, we will then be able to tackle problems proactively and to ensure that the project runs smoothly. Customers can always check the progress with our project team.
